Print Hawk is operated by Firetruck Inc. dba Print Hawk, based in Louisville, Kentucky. Print Hawk provides a SaaS website, subscription tools, license activation, and downloadable Windows software for label, sticker, barcode, FNSKU, and printing workflows.

We collect account information such as your name, email address, login provider details, company name when supplied, and support messages you send through the website.

We collect subscription and billing references from Stripe, such as plan, subscription status, customer ID, price ID, billing period, and payment status. Print Hawk does not store your full credit card number.

We collect license and usage information needed to operate the desktop app, including license keys, activated computer details, app version, label or page usage counts, installation activity, feature requests, testimonials, and admin support notes.

We use information to create accounts, manage subscriptions, activate licenses, enforce plan limits, provide support, send account notices, improve Print Hawk, protect the service from abuse, and understand how the app is used.

We may email you about important account changes, billing status, license activity, submitted testimonials, feature requests, product updates, or support conversations.

Print Hawk uses trusted service providers to operate the app. Clerk handles authentication. Stripe handles payments and subscription billing. Resend may send transactional email. Vercel hosts the website and API routes. Prisma Postgres stores application data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate Print Hawk, when required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a sale, merger, or reorganization.

We use HTTPS, environment-based secrets, authentication checks, admin controls, and database access controls to protect customer data. No online system is perfect, but we work to keep Print Hawk secure and production-ready.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate account and billing history.

You can manage your account through the dashboard, cancel subscriptions through the billing portal, and contact us to request help with account data. Some billing, audit, and transaction records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons.
