Refund Policy
This page explains how cancellations, plan changes, and refund requests work for Print Hawk subscriptions.

Subscription Billing
Print Hawk paid plans are subscription services billed through Stripe. Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Cancellations
You can cancel through the dashboard billing portal. When a paid subscription is canceled, paid access usually continues through the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or Print Hawk shows a different result during the cancellation flow.
After paid access ends, an account may return to the available free plan level when applicable.
Plan Changes
Upgrades, downgrades, and mid-cycle plan changes may be prorated by Stripe. Stripe calculates applicable credits or charges based on timing, billing interval, and the plan selected.
Refund Requests
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We are most likely to help when there is an accidental duplicate charge, a clear billing mistake, or a technical issue that prevented reasonable use of Print Hawk.
Subscription fees are not automatically refundable simply because a billing period has already started, but we want to be fair and practical when something genuinely went wrong.
Past-Due Accounts
If a subscription payment fails, Print Hawk may show account warnings and provide a grace period. If billing is not fixed or the plan is not canceled, paid desktop license access may be limited until the account is brought current.
