Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading the Windows app, activating a license, or using Print Hawk, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful business or personal label printing workflows.

Print Hawk is operated by Firetruck Inc. dba Print Hawk from Louisville, Kentucky.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under your login, license key, or activated computers. Please contact us quickly if you believe your account or license has been used without permission.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, plan limits, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the Print Hawk pricing page and may change over time for new purchases.

You can manage billing, change plans, or cancel through the dashboard billing portal. If a paid subscription becomes past due, Print Hawk may provide a short grace period and then limit paid access until billing is fixed or the subscription is canceled.

Print Hawk licenses may have activated computer limits based on plan. You may not share, resell, publish, or misuse license keys. We may deactivate suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized activations.

The desktop app may contact Print Hawk servers to check license status, usage limits, app version, update availability, and account standing.

Do not attempt to bypass licensing, scrape private data, interfere with the service, attack the infrastructure, abuse coupons or trials, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use Print Hawk in a way that harms other customers.

Print Hawk may provide Windows installer downloads, version checks, release notes, and update notices. You are responsible for downloading software from official Print Hawk links and keeping your operating system and security tools current.

If you submit testimonials, feature requests, comments, support messages, or other feedback, you grant Print Hawk permission to use, edit for clarity or length, publish, or privately review that content at Print Hawk's discretion.

We work hard to keep Print Hawk reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Print Hawk is provided without warranties beyond those required by law, and Firetruck Inc. dba Print Hawk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
